Dr. Alex Gordon

Alex qualified from Glasgow University in 1984. He worked initially in a practice in Ayrshire, Scotland and moved to Nottingham in 1988 where he joined a practice as a partner. After eventually setting up three practices in the East Midlands he moved to Italy in 2003 to work in Milan and Monza.

Returning to Nottingham in 2005 he worked in a Practice in Worksop and moved to the South East of England in 2006 to work in practices in Hertford and Bishops Stortford. He has also acted as locum in practices in Enfield, Chingford and Gravesend.

Since qualifying Alex has had additional training in virtually all areas of dentistry including oral surgery, implantology, orthodontics, the treatment of nervous adults and children, sedation techniques, hypnosis, acupuncture, endodontics, dental aesthetics, smile design and advanced denture techniques. In 2011 he was awarded a diploma in Prosthodontics by Kings Dental Institute, London.

He has throughout his professional career enjoyed helping his fellow professionals and has been finding himself acting as a “trouble-shooter” in the practices in which he works dealing with prosthodontic issues both fixed and removable.
